Our founding directors have worked with M&S numerous times over the years. In 2021 they were re-engaged to design and build a new, modular solution for M&S's loyalty program Sparks (UK and The Republic of Ireland). We have since been further engaged to work on CRM for new and refurbished stores, Delivery Pass, Sparks Plus, Sparks Pay, M&S Bank and more.
